about KERNEL

KERNEL gives web agents cloud-based browser access. we build the browser infrastructure that lets developers create isolated chromium sessions, control them through code or computer use, and observe what happens while an automation runs.

what we build

our platform covers the browser lifecycle from creation through cleanup. developers can start headless or headful browsers, connect through cdp or webdriver bidi, execute playwright code in the browser vm, persist state with profiles, route traffic through managed or custom proxies, and inspect work through live view, replays, logs, and telemetry. browser pools keep configured sessions ready for repeated workloads, while on-demand sessions cover occasional and bursty work.

managed auth keeps logged-in browser state available to agents without putting passwords or mfa codes in an agent conversation. our hosted mcp server exposes KERNEL tools to compatible agents over streamable http. the openapi api, official typescript, python, and go sdks, and the KERNEL cli support direct integrations and scripted workflows.

company

KERNEL is operated by Kernel Technologies, Inc., a delaware corporation. our public documentation describes product behavior, security controls, data handling, pricing, support, and service terms. we publish service status separately so developers can distinguish an integration problem from a platform incident. security reports, privacy requests, support questions, and commercial inquiries each have a documented contact path.
